fairly clean hotel in a neat building very close to the historic district or anything and shopping plaza and attractions. nice beds in our double room. very impressed with a flat-screen television and a coffee maker available.

I had a such great experience here, everything was good, the location was peaceful very close to outlet, St Augustine. The staff were helpful in the entire hotel. The room was accommodating, it included flat screen TV with cable channels, a microwave and a refrigerator. The bathroom was spotless, I loved that.

We always enjoy our getaways here. The quiet atmosphere and well-kept hotel are perfect for relaxing, and the proximity to outlets is a definite plus.

The pool area was filthy, even after telling staff it was not cleaned properly. Cigarette butts littered the deck. The lights for the bathroom flickered on and off at whim. Definitely would not recommend this place to my friends.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, yet everything was perfect. We had a generous continental breakfast included...

Absoultely nothing - hotel should be demolished.

The staff are rude - very very unhelpful. The room, espeially the bath and shower head was disgusting. When we asked about a fridge we were told "you are only staying one night not important". Horrendous!!!!!!! Far to expensive for this standard.

Request a room away from the highway for a quieter sleep, especially if you're sensitive to noise.

We got in at 1:30 am. and left at 8:00 a.m. They held the room for us and off we went. I called to let them know that we were going to be late and they said that it was okay.

I had booked a room with a king bed instead I got a room with double beds but they were more like twin beds. Two people could not walk in the same room. House keeping did not make beds, but they did leave linen on un-made bed.

The room was comfortable and clean, with a separate shower/tub area that was handy for a family. The kids loved the playground and pool. Breakfast offered a great variety, including jam, a nice touch. It's important to note that some rooms are quite close to the highway, which may disturb light sleepers.
